Some modules e.g. VIPP require an installed Postscript interpreter like Ghostscript, this is not part of the Mercury package.

Please note that you cannot install this version as an update for an existing version 11.x or earlier. You will need a paid update of your license to keep your system running.

The Global Printer Interface (GPI) enables manufacturer independent printing from Windows applications to Postscript-capable output systems, without the need for specific printer drivers.

Service App for multifunctional printing systems - manufacturer-independent and cloud-ready

Download an embedded app for MFP devices


With the Service-App the user can inform himself at any time about the status of his orders or service activities on the device display. In addition to the Follow "2 "Print Apps, we offer users another App for monitoring service status directly at the device. If, for example, a toner cartridge should unexpectedly be used up, you can check the current order status in the App without the need for a helpdesk or a support staff must be involved. Even with a perfectly functioning MPS solution, the order status can be determined manually on site and the installation of the parts can be initiated.

As a retailer, you have the opportunity to provide your customers with additional services. The docuFORM REST-API interface makes it possible to transfer order status or shipping information from any delivery or ERP system to the app. Your supplier portal can also be accessed directly via links in the App display. In the end the user gains by a comprehensive delivery overview of the consumables in real time at the touch of a button directly on the device.

By using the REST interface in conjunction with OAuth 2.0 authentication, each MFP can communicate with the cloud securely via the Service App.

Currently, the REST-API functionality is only available to DocuFORM Hosting customers.
